TYPES OF DOCUMENTS
Drug Manufacturing License
- Drug manufacturing companies must register at the state and federal level. Obtaining a drug manufacturing license is only a part of the process to running a fully operational company. Both state and federal laws impact the registration, licensing, and operation process. Federally regulated businesses that may need to obtain drug manufacturing licenses are involving in the following industries:
- Animal and veterinary pharmaceuticals
- Cosmetics
- Medical devices
- Radiation-emittting products
- Tobacco products
- Vaccines, blood, and biologics
In the United States, domestic and foreign companies that manufacture drug products are strictly regulated at the federal and state levels. If you are looking to register your business and obtain the necessary licensing to operate, it is important to follow the process step-by-step. To start, you will need to register with the FDA.
In order for us to Apostille a Drug Manufacturing License you need to obtain a certified copy from the government agency who issued the license. However, as with most government licesnses issued, the issuing agency does not “certify” licenses they are issued on embossed certificate paper with the California State Seal. These embossed certifcates cannot be notarized.
For instance, in California with the California Department of Health (CDPH), copies of a certificate, are the property of the firm (client). Therefore, the CDPH requires the firm (client) to reach out to them to order copies of a certificate.
However, as with most licenses, a simple Jurat can be performed, a Notarial Act so that the license can then be Apostilled. You can contact our office for more details on how this can be performed.
Once we receive your documents, in order to minimize errors and processing time, we will verify that all documents received before submitting them to be Apostilled. We will contact you as soon as possible if any errors are encountered and we will instruct you on how they need to be corrected.
Obtaining an Apostille can be a complicated process and should not be left to someone who does not understand all of the steps involved. Untrained persons that do not understand all of the requirements for legalization in each country are more likely to make errors, which will severely delay the Apostille process and cost you more money.
Once the original English Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product is properly received you can mail it to us to be Apostilled. We can also provide Certified Translation Services into the language required by the Country of Designation.
