Apostille Quote

TYPES OF DOCUMENTS

Social Security Card (SSA)

Grace

If you need to have your United States Passport Apostilled follow these steps
1. Make a Color Copy of Your Social Security Card
2. Meet with a Notary Public
A knowledgable Notary Public near you, should be able to assist you in with the Copy Certification process which includes making a color copy of your United States Passport (as described above).
Some States may call this notarial act a Copy Certification while others will have you write out a statement and sign it in front of the Notary (Jurat). If a Copy Certification is not allowed in your State for this type of notarial act, you can simply:
  • Write this statement on the color copied document: "I certify that this copy is a copy of the original."
  • Sign, date, and print your name on the color copied document.
We recommend that you find a knowledgeable Notary who will be able to assist you with this type of notarial act.
Please Note - if you are meeting with a Notary Public in one of the States, the notarized copy of your United States Passport will need to be Apostilled through the State Office that the Notary Public is commissioned,
If you are not located in the United States, you will need to visit the closest United States Embassy and meet with a Notary Public there. Please Note - most notarizations are by appointment.
3. Mail the Notarized Colored Copy of your United States Passport to Our Office
Do not mail us your original United States Passport. Only mail in the notarized color copy as instructed with all other necessary Apostille forms.
In order for us to process your United States Passport, you must mail in the original signed and notarized color copy to our office. Once we receive your documents, in order to minimize errors and processing time, we will verify that all documents received from notaries before submitting them to be Apostilled. We will contact you as soon as possible if any errors are encountered and we will instruct you on how they need to be corrected.
Obtaining an Apostille can be a complicated process and should not be left to someone who does not understand all of the steps involved. Untrained persons that do not understand all of the requirements for legalization in each country are more likely to make errors, which will severely delay the Apostille process and cost you more money.
Once the notarized English United States Passport color copy is properly prepared you can mail it to us to be Apostilled. We can also provide Certified Translation Services into the language required by the Country of Designation.
